Fairmont The Palm, the five star beachside resort on Palm Jumeirah is pleased to introduce two new restaurant and bars to its already extensive culinary portfolio. Ready to satisfy your foody cravings this summer, the new outlets; Ba Restaurant and Lounge and Seagrill Bistro will provide a Modern-Asian and a European with laid back terrace, totaling a combined 11 restaurant and bars at the iconic lifestyle resort.
With world-wide culinary influences and a magnitude of cuisines already available, creating the new concepts and overseeing its implementation was Director of Food and Beverage Alain Gobeil who commented; “I am excited to introduce a wider choice of flavors and cuisines for our guests and residents of Dubai to enjoy. The new restaurants will provide an exciting opportunity for people to try and taste new dishes and enjoy new surroundings, whether this be for a casual lunch by the pool, or a sophisticated evening and drinks out with friends.” Fairmont The Palm will introduce:
Ba Restaurant and Lounge (meaning lucky number 8 in Mandarin), will no doubt provide a treat for your taste buds serving a delicious array of modern Asian cuisine, including sushi, noodles, large and small sharing plates within a sumptuous casual lounge and bar style setting, with floor to ceiling views of Dubai Marina Skyline. Perfect for an evening affair, Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean dishes will feature on its affordable menu, with highlights being it’s Crispy Duck Kimchi Steamed Buns, Tuna Tacos with Spicy Mayo and Fresh Mango, its Honey Baked Cod with Pickled Ginger, selection of signature Ramen Noodles and Taiwanese Braised Beef Noodle Soup. The name may be familiar, but the menu and location is a whole new experience.
Seagrill Bistro, a newly located European bistro destination offering lunch and dinner with a large al fresco terrace offers a refreshing menu ‘laissez-faire’ style. Highlights include its Fresh Kale and Pepper Salad, Mushroom Fusilli Pasta with goat’s cheese and truffle oil, and sweet desserts such as Crème Brulée with juicy raspberries. Its natural theme will provide a bright and tasty laid back luncheon for groups of friends or hotel guests, yet its picturesque location and uber-chic beverage menu provides the perfect sundowners and evening out too, with relaxing sea-soaked views.
The new dining destinations follow on from the resorts most recent opening, Little Miss India in the last quarter of 2017 alongside another third exciting restaurant launching end of May called ‘Blowfish’ offering a casual American and nostalgic menu.
Its extended portfolio also features its existing International all day dining restaurant Flow Kitchen, Brazilian Churrascaria experience Frevo, Mashrabiya Lounge, Delicacy Patisserie and Café, The Cigar Room and The Chefs Palette, a dedicated master-chef cooking studio.
