Award-winning Indian restaurant and celebrity favourite, Khyber, has launched a revamped a la carte menu featuring a non-vegetarian and vegetarian Thali offering for 2018.
Taking inspiration from its north Indian roots, the fine dining venue, situated on the 15th floor of DUKES Dubai, on the Palm Jumeirah, has combined a mixture of fresh and exciting dishes with classic favourites to offer a new tasting experience for diners.
The Thali tasting concept offers diners the chance to sample a wide variety of popular starters, main courses and desserts from the a la carte menu. The non-vegetarian option is priced at AED 195 per person, while the vegetarian menu is priced at AED 150 per person. Both packages are inclusive of soft drinks.
Delicious dishes on the revamped menu are based on fish, lamb, chicken and vegetarian recipes. Signature highlights include Tandoori Raan, a tender leg of baby lamb, seasoned with Khyber spiced marinade and cooked in a clay oven; Reshmi Prawn, succulent prawns marinated with fragrant spices and cooked in the tandoor; or why not sample our Vegetable Biryani which consists of basmati rice, vegetable curry, saffron, rosewater and nuts. The menu also features fourteen different types of roti (bread).
Finish off your meal with a sweet treat from our dessert selection which includes: Rasmalai, sweet dumplings of cottage cheese served in sweetened flavoured milk, garnished with pistachio and almonds and Gajar Ka Halwa, a Punjabi dessert made of grated carrots, almonds, raisins slow cooked in sweetened milk and flavoured with mawa.
The first to open under the Khyber name outside of its native Mumbai, the restaurant boasts a 180-degree view that takes in Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Marina skyline. With the capacity for up to 162 guests, including 40 diners on the terrace, the restaurant also boasts a live cooking station and numerous private dining options.
