Following the success of its Truffle Dinner in November, the popular Italian restaurant has introduced yet another exciting with new dishes using the rare ingredient.
It’s truffle season once again at Hilton Abu Dhabi from January 18th to 31st, when guests can enjoy a whole-new menu of luxurious black truffle-based dishes.
For two full weeks, Bocca, popular for serving the most authentic Italian cuisine in Abu Dhabi, will serve the special menu designed by Chef de Cuisine Leonardo Passone for both lunch and dinner.
The menu kicks off with toasted herbs breadcrumb with a poached egg and black truffle as starters, followed by an irresistible appetiser – Umbrian lentils soup with black truffle and croutons.
It isn’t an Italian meal without pasta and Chef Leo’s version of risotto with black truffle and parmesan fondue is a winning dish. Guests are given the additional option of homemade spaghetti with zucchini and black truffle.
The highlight of the menu is the grilled rack of lamb, served with potato cake, baby vegetables and black truffle. Completing the meal on a sweet note is the fresh ricotta cheese mousse with dark chocolate and black truffle.
