Running daily from sunset to 9pm, the buffet offers a variety of thirst-quenching beverages like qamar aldin and jallab, appetising starters, signature main courses and exciting desserts. Heart-warming dishes include Chicken Margougah, a flavourful succulent Bedouin dish, Harees, a local wheat and fresh veal delight, and Lamb Thereed, a traditional slow-cooked stew native to the Emirates. Diners can also enjoy a selection of sweets including the signature Seven Sands Date Pudding.
