Located at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach, the restaurant invites guests to share hearty Iftar sharing platters with loved ones in the relaxed, family-friendly setting from 27th May to 25th June. From sunset, families and friends can enjoy a gastronomic sharing concept three-course menu featuring tasty starters, appetizing mains and delicious desserts.
Break the ritualistic fast with Emirati dates and dry apricots, baby gem salad, tuna belly, lemon mint dressing and sumac; Chioggia beetroot hummus & Italian pitta, smoked basturma & baby spinach salad and parmesan and truffle labneh & crudités.
Dishes on the main course sharing platter include BiCE classics such as ricotta & spinach ravioli with creamy truffle, penne with arrabbiata sauce, and delicious Italian mixed grill with a Middle Eastern spin featuring za’atar baby chicken, lamb chops and beef tagliata. Fish lovers can sample the tasty roasted salmon & harra potatoes, while vegetarians can enjoy BiCE’s famous warm couscous & vegetable brunoise.
Top off the three-course meal with traditional Italian desserts including classic Italian tiramisu, Sicilian pistachio mousse, date cake, and panna cotta & pomegranate.
