Italy has a long-standing tradition of chocolate making, with famous and historic chocolatiers. Eataly will be showcasing some of the finest names in the industry, which include Domori and Venchi.
Domori, founded in 1997 by Gianluca Franzoni, was the first chocolatier in the world to use exclusively fine cocoa, the first to produce a chocolate from Criollo cocoa, and the first to create a 100% cocoa bar. Especially for the Festival, Eataly will be launching the Domori chocolate range that will make chocolistas’ taste buds cheer.
Venchi, founded in 1878 by Silvano Venchi, still makes superior Italian chocolate with the same passion, quality,
and craftsmanship as before. Venchi’s culture is based on the values of tradition, of quality and of specialization.
130 years of passion and experience whereby the selection of the best ingredients are transformed into 350 unique recipes.
From the cocoa sweets in our market to the themed menu in our restaurant, chocolate fans can indulge themselves this month.
